Perched atop a 25 foot elevated dune at the most private western corner of Long Bay beach, the Dune Villas enjoy 107' of frontage over approximate 0.7 acre sites. The Dune Villa layout maximizes the beach frontage, valuing privacy and unencumbered beachfront views from living areas and bedroom suites. The design integrates into the landscape by stepping away on approach & cascading down to the beach. Outdoor living space has been considered in the design and provided for on both north and south elevations by providing timber shading structures off of the living area to provide a variety of seating areas to be enjoyed at any given time of day.
Upon entry, which is provided below the dune level to maintain the elevation from the second and third levels, a reflection pond mirrors the vibrant landscape, indigenous & gently manicured greens greet the eye. Two multi-use spaces are available on the first level, which can be converted into a games room, office or guest apartment. Access to the utility/prep kitchen is provided via an elevator and stairwell to the upper levels.
